Six of Victoria’s leading emerging artists will take part in a public masterclass focussing on the extensive repertoire which is lute song. This is a rare opportunity to work with artists of such experience and stature, and an opportunity for the Victorian public to witness the artists at work.

Led by two of Australia’s leading exponents of early music performance and most experienced education practitioners, this masterclass will be an informative and enjoyable experience for all participants and attendees. Providing an insight into the preparation, rehearsal, consideration and research required when performing this repertoire, this workshop provides an opportunity for Australia’s young singers to share their work with enthusiastic audiences.
